The Fort Smith, Ark.-based healthcare services provider said it couldn't provide specific information regarding prices or financing arrangements, and cautioned that it's likely jobs will be cut once a deal is struck. Beverly's stock closed up 5 cents at $12.24 Tuesday.I guess the need for bedpan changers will diminish as the ever-increasing poverty grips those that need healthcare.
