this incident. And because it's a low-income neighborhood, nothing was done. We (in the Logan Square neighborhood in Chicago) are having difficulties with July 4 "celebrations" that are starting to become violent, with M-80s being thrown at people, rock fights etc.,Do the police respond? Nah, let the poor folk kill each other. So all of the law-abiding people in the neighborhood cower in their homes for days while the thugs party outside.
