49. It's to be expected it seems even
here on a site that is supposedly progressive. But then you know that if certain people believe a black man is guilty, his acquittal means nothing. An accused black man is a guilty black man. A black man in American who is accused of a crime for which many in the majority community believes he is guilty, remains guilty even though acquitted. He does not get the change to get on with his life. I get so fed up with the double standard. Russell Crowe commits a violent act against a hotel worker and he's just being Russel Crowe and still greatly admired though he has a history of being violent. Imagine if a black movie star had done what he did.
