As if the trains running on time anywhere had anything to do with the post you are responding to. I see no defense of Castro. I see a defense of the system and infrastructure that all of the Cuban people built. They have achieved world class social stats, with nothing but hinderance from the almighty US.

What does the "average American" know about Cuba? Almost nothing. Why? Because "free" Americans are travel banned by the dictate of their own government from travelling to Cuba to see the place for themselves. Instead, they are left to the mewlings of the Cubaphobic propagandists who have never been there.
