well, said energy crisis was manufactured. the deregulation was going to lower prices thru competitoin, I believe that the conspiracy was revieled here in el paso tx, a satalite company of the oil pipeline here was charging 2,800% more than before deregulation. aparently the pipeline is broken up in sections and each little fiefdom along the way gets its share. then several key generators were shut down for schedualed repairs during the peak demand season. and there were transmission problems never encountered before. basiclly CA was bankrupted then the Fascists point their fingers at davis and blame him for CA's problem, start a recall so a republican is incumbent in the CA presidential race.............as for the maps, it looks to me these were for our future energy supplies and policies, consider where they were found...part of the 'Big Empire' picture.
