Why doesn't the good Governor issue an executive order requireing everyone to be married? That's the ticket, get rid of the cats and vibrator and get a husband /get rid of the motorcycle and sailboat and get a wife or go to jail? Get a divorce, the State will fine you then pair you up from a pool or you go to jail...
So, he won't allow it as long as he has any say about it?
