And Duncan has always been one to look out for himself and no one else.

But Ehrlich is trying to play it safe by not doing any big things. The last I heard about was the slots and University of Maryland rates going up to get rid of that deficit. I don't know how things are in rural areas, and how hyped Ehrlich's comments about gay marriage will be, but I've always seen MD as being very respectful toward homosexuals. It won't help him, but it certainly could hurt. I guess we'll see in the future how Ehrlich does. He's no Connie Morella, that's for sure.
