The special aid has already been fulfilled....Its called Armorments, like preloaded F-16s with computer guided missles and other ballistics which they have bought or were supplied with by the US.

So, of course they dont need food drops or medical supplies...The US supplies Israel with ALL of its war toys. Dont be misslead.
