If their weapons are so accurate than this must be deliberate. If they aren't so accurate than well.. They're just as guilty as the Hezbollah.
Sorry, can't have it both ways.
I tend to think that an Air War is difficult to conduct humanely once you deal with Military targets and Infrastructure. After that its highly inhumane IMHO.
