9. The Labour Party accepted over £15 million in "loans" for its
election fighting funds, denied their existence, and then gave peerages to some of the lenders after saying no connection.

The man in charge of pimping for the loans was Lord Levy, Blair's chief Middle East 'envoy' who spent 18 months touting for support for the war against Iraq.

Since 1994 he has also been Blair's personal blind trust portfolio bagman - same as William Stamps Farish III to George W Bush.
