144. Imbeciles don't want to vaccinate their kids
Which would be fair enough, as we'd thin that particular segment of stupidity from the general pool, but unfortunately they infect others and allow harmful viruses to mutate by providing their kids' bodies as spawning grounds. So, of course, their personal stupidity ends up being a general threat to the rest of us.
