One was to change the system for appt of trustees to its board, so that the appointees are selected by the Prime Minister -- which of course creates a major conflict of interest for an organization that's supposed to report on the PM and his administration.

Another change was to authorize outsourcing stories and services to private corporations.

I tried to get DU'er's to pay attn, and was brushed off. I don't take it personally; but what does it take to get DU'er's, not to mention others, to recognize these take-overs of important public infrastructure, before it's too late and actively object?

E.g., how many here are supporting Al Franken's campaign to try to rescue net neutrality?
