I live here. He is here every other goddam week. The poll numbers are vitually tied, and he NEEDS this state. He's not giving up. I wish it were true but it's not.

As for the Senate, it's tough, but possible. Congressman Joe Hoeffel is within 9 points. He SHOULD win- Specter was almost beaten in 1992 by a nobody named Lynn Yeakel. Joe is very popular, at least in the areas that know him (Philly and surrounding areas). If Joe doesn't win, I predict President Kerry will give him a job. He works hard for the party, not just for himself. He's a great guy, who SHOULD be in the Senate.
