Halliburton! Wow, tinfoil hat time. * proposes Dubai port takeover knowing nervous repub legislators will shit can the deal. When they do citing security concerns about farming port operations out to a foreign corp, * turns around and awards the contract to Halliburton, something he couldn't have done without the Dubai angle. Wonder who put that idea into his little pointed head?
