Bush is giving a speech at the Smithsonian ostensibly about the World Economy, especially about Africa, yet manages to stumble over lines reminding everyone about 9-11.

He talks about the amount of aid to African countries, but saying nothing about the riches sucked out of the countries by greedy US business men.

AIDs can be stopped, he says with increased "moral responsibility."

Mr. Bush - the picture of moral responsibility.
