James Carville in 1997: History of dynamiting LA levees and shooting

on sight anyone who might be a threat to dynamite a levee:

It would seem knowledge of this history would shed a lot of potential light on the shootings played up as mysterious and unfathomable, and lead to an investigation into whether or not levees were breached (or deliberately not repaired) in order to save one area at the expense of another...

One also should not miss the five minute video clip version of the President of Jefferson Parish, talking in part about FEMA directly cutting emergency communications, cutting off water and prohibiting use of fuel, leading to an incredibly moving conclusion followed by total denial of what just happened by Tim Russert and Haley Barbour.

"We have been abandoned by our own country"

If you look around there are lots of other links here about cutting off resources and letting people die that cry out for a real, immediate and honest investigation.
