President George Bush is not to blame for the slow and indifferent response by the federal government in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina's devastation of the Gulf Coast, especially New Orleans.

It has been learned, and it will later be revealed, that the cable television system that provides service to Crawford Texas does not provide The Weather Channel as part of its basic service.

Therefore, the President had no knowledge of the impending disaster and should be held blameless.
