43. Tienanmen square syndrome.

if you read the histories of Tienanmen square, you see that the CCP leadership called in troops from outside Beijing to start the shooting, knowing that locals would never fire on their neighbors. Look for the GOP to bring in national guard troops from outside new york to provide security.
