Many divisions on the way the different factions think in the S of A today in some cases Dem's will get the blame but in others The groups that commit them are going to want to take credit to further there cause Sort of a look like we did come join us type thing. Now if the other side clamps down on the wrong group thats going to make that group angry make them do more things or start to do stuff because they were wrongly targeted and other groups will use the clamp down as a reason to do more things. and this snow ball could start a rolling.
