8. Welcome to DU, abaris.

Most of us on DU know well the world's opinion of Mr. Bush and now us. However, many of our fellow Americans have NO IDEA how hated we have become and the rest consider it a badge of honor. We're doing our best but our media is anything but a "free press."

I'm a Catholic and feel like I have nothing in common with the evangelicals. They have been propagandized by not only our media but their pastors as well.

I hope that Europe bands together and stands up to our government.
