57. Colorado Springs, CO.
Worst place ever. Cold 9 months of the year but no pretty snow, everything DIES during the winter (not that there were that many living things there to begin with), this huge mtn. range blocks the entire western horizon so it gets dark every day at 2 pm, urban sprawl nightmare where 3/4 of the citizens are ticky-tacky house dwelling SUV driving sheeple, no culture whatsoever, a huge military base and NORAD (so they are #2 in line when a nuclear war happens) and worst of all...

FOCUS ON THE FAMILY runs the town!!!!

A few years ago, almost the entire town council was replaced in an election. Colorado Springs was in the middle of a huge and costly drought that was going to have far reaching effects on future water use in the city. What was their first act of business in office? Certainly not dealing with the drought issue, no! Those conservative idiots decided that the most pressing issue for the citizens Colorado Springs was the fact that GAY CITY WORKERS WERE !!HORRORS!! GETTING DOMESTIC PARTNER BENEFITS!!! (oh, the humanity...)

So they promptly put a stop to that. Because as we all know, it's ok for Colorado Springs to run out of water and burn down just as long as gay people aren't getting the same rights as other people. That's the REALLY important thing. *insert irritated eye-roll here*

I hate Colorado Springs with a fierce passion. You could not pay me enough to live there, ever. Denver is a close second on the list.
