I guess this has nothing to do with Chavez giving the poor of his country better access to his country's oil wealth? Or giving people a chance to actually own unused land that has been gobbled up by the wealthy elite of Venezuela either, right?
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that 13,000 Cuban doctors are in his country treating people?
I mean, in all seriousness (barf bag alert) how can we disagree with the Time Person of the Year on this one?
