Democrats like FDR and Truman created the current middle class. Many yuppie/baby boomer republicans have what they do because their parents/grandparents benefited from things like the GI bill and Social Security. If conservatives had their way, stupid southerner freeper republicans would never have made it to college....much less have indoor plumbing & electricity.

But, the democrats biggest accomplishment may have been what they've prevented...FASCISM! The is a reason the blue states are also the highest income states = A STRONG MIDDLE CLASS! Don't even get me started about equal opportunity for all, women's rights, Miranda rights, etc, etc.

I LOVE the Democratic Party!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
