I said FDR & Truman CREATED the current middle class. JFK, LBJ and Clinton continued and expanded the middle class with their tax and social policies.

Bush and his cronies are destroying the middle class. Why do you think every year that Bush has been president, middle class incomes have gone down (and credit card dept risen, net worth declined), while the wealthy have gotten exponentially wealthier?

FYI - one thing free market types never tell you is that human beings are simply a resource - just like trees or coal. Capitalism's goal is to beat down the cost of this human captial as low as possible - work you as long & hard as possible - and then toss you away like scrap metal when they are done with you.

You think Bush's brand of fratboy crony capitalism is good for you? It's a big lie - why do you think average incomes are highest in blue states?
