Is Kerry's OH laywer giving a coded message...or not???

First he says the election in OH doen't deserve the full faith of "the American people" (how I hate that phrase) then he says there is no evidence of fraud or conspiracy and the media shouldn't read into it...Olberman and Fineman are dissecting it. I am still holding onto hope. Anyone in the know?
