Okay I'm confused. On 9/11/01 I was SURE that the attacks had to be state sponsored, and my first thought was Saddam. Then everyone said that it was Al Qaida and had nothing to do with Iraq. After that, connections were speculated and then in September of 2003, the President said Saddam was not involved. I feel like I'm on a see-saw. What gives?
