If Rush Limbaugh starts any harrassment of this site, I'm sure they can take care of it. And as far as Limbaugh reading actual posts....well I don't know the law at all but it seems to me like it is using someone else's material and opinion for commercial gain.
Think about it....could one of us start a website with the original posts from DU....or the posts from 9/11? I think you'd be stopped in a heartbeat. This stuff belongs to DU. Its not like an email you might send to Limbaugh....it is posts made on a website owned by people. You can't just take what you want off it and publish it for profit. (At least that's what I think. I could, of course, be wrong. I often am) :shrug:
