3. What Explains Mississippi Or Alabama?
What did Governors Barbour and Riley do that prevented FEMA and federal assistance to get into their areas for upwards of 48 to 96 hours after landfall??? Did they forget to dot i's and t's that we don't know? How about the mayors of Gulfport and Biloxi and Mobile? Did they handle their disaster plans properly?

Listen to the folks who are in the affected area. They know which way to point who made their misery worse...and it's pointed at FEMA and mr. booosh and his cronies.

The smoking gun could be the story that will unfold how FEMA became a haven of political hacks and is an accident that is happening. Keeping Brown in charge didn't fix the problem, it just put it in place to screw up again.

There's so many contradictions of past actions here...from how the hurricanes were handled in Florida last year (Cong. Wexler has some wonderful things to say on that issue) and how it once operated under James Lee Witt and Democratic control.

It's not a blame game, this is accountability. Let's change the wording and not let up. Accountability!!!!
