23. There's a University based medical research center in Thunder Bay,

cancer research and high tech DNA work seems to be their specialties. Also large Med School and Public Health training departments.

It may be a case of a cigar sometimes being a cigar, or to be more accurate here, an accident.

Common health care related viral samples (influenza, herpes) would be a routine shipment for Fed Ex to a medical research center. And, in the case of a fire, it would seem the samples were destroyed.

Sad to hear the pilot wasn't able to come around...as was her intent.
