Sorry!  John Bolton United States Ambassador to the United Nations, speaks at Chatham House, London, Friday Oct. 14, 2005. The controversial Ambassador was installed into the position in August 2005 by US President George Bush. The ambassador predicted Friday that a current effort to expand the Security Council would fail. Washington will only support increasing the body's size to 19 or 20 members, from the current 15, Bolton said, while many other countries have advocated adding more.
