Figure it this way: Karl Rove is the master debater, master game player... had Fitz indicted him today, how much bargaining do you think they would have gotten out of him at this point? This is a strategic indictment.

Karl Rove is essentially "jailed" until this investigation is over. He's got to watch every move from here forward, and this is the guy who gets involved in EVERYTHING...

Here's my hopeful scenario: they're going to use Libby to give up Cheney with a plea bargain in exchange for info, then they've got Cheney AND Rove to bargain with to give up Bush.

Scooter doesn't have the ties to Bush like Cheney and Rove do...
