There have been a lot of threads in regards to this issue lately.

All I want to say is that it's OK if you're pro-death penalty, it may not be the most popular stance here, but it's acceptable. One thing I've noticed in some threads that is not so acceptable are people saying they are going to cheer/throw a party, etc. when they execute (or "fry") a certain death row inmate. Those are things we would expect to hear out of freepers, not here on DU. The fact that the offender is going to be executed an justice served under the law should be enough satisfaction in and of itself.

OK, I'm done with my little rant.
