actually had any contracts prior, even though he was involved under Wilkes banner of companies. Then he splits off to form his own company (MZM) and boom, business gets very, very lucrative.

If you were going to provide the evidence the misadministration needed to convince the public to back a war they'd already decided on having so they could enrich their cronies, how much would you sell out for? It wouldn't be cheap. This company went from nothing to $66,000,000 in contracts in just under 2 years - that even makes Halliburton look like a reasonable defense contractor!

Looks excessive enough to be more like blackmail money. And Duke pops up and confesses to $2.4 million in bribes - what did they have on him that he decided that copping to that plea was a better deal?

No proof positive, but sure does stir up the questions and makes me want to know who is looking into this. Certain people wanted this war, certain people lied to get it, certain people got others to lie to give them the back up they needed.
