1. I have found

When people want to be immoral and get away with crimes and still look rather" upstanding" legally.. they find to do it easiest and get away with it best is if they work within the technicalities and loopholes of the law without breaking the law. That way they can undermine all sorts of things and NOT be criminals technically(if just in thier own minds) This is why Ceos without a pang of shame will do shady ,questionable,foolish,greedy,but legal things and do things that hurt this country that are ethically wrong but legal.

This is how the mind of a connsumate immoral but smart criminal works.
