15. Sigh....Please look again. It does not say that. National Security

Affairs, National Security Advisor, National Security Council, etc - not the same as being the head of the NSA. The NSA has a Director just like the other government intelligence agencies do. And the Director of the NSA is NOT the National Security Advisor. I agree that Condi probably knew about this but it is incorrect to say she was head of the NSA. She was not.
