... plus he helped draft the National Security Act of 1947, which formed the Central Intelligence Agency and set the groundwork for much of today's Secret Government. A servant of every Democratic President from FDR to Jimmy Carter, Clifford was no fool. He helped grease the wheels for Jackson Stephens, the billionaire Arkansas investor who's invested in Sam Walmart Walton and Presidents Bush, Clinton and Bush Jr. Stephens introduced the "Middle Eastern" investors behind BCCI to Bert Lance and, thus, later connect to Jimmy Carter. Who headed the CIA when all this was ramping up? Hint: His nickname is Poppy.
