I called to get a refund for the two years we had paid ahead. I had to wait forever, then he said may I ask why you want a refund?

I then officially lost it and unloaded my full anger. He kept saying maam maam, and I yelled stop calling me maam.

He said something is better than nothing. I will not tell you what I said, but my refund is on the way.

He was a young twirp trying to sound official.

We just joined

I called my congressmen and told them we cancelled AARP....just wanted to be sure they knew.
