in live settings with other world leaders, where he looked like a fish out of water...Just like he seemed with Blair....He looks like it's all he can do to walk across a room, he's so tied up in knots of indecision and incomprehension....If it wasn't for his "people" who surround and protect him he would probably faint with the lack of knowledge of what he should say or do....
