Teddy's the one who got expelled for hiring another student to take his Spanish test for him.

Abd another thing -- a friend who's in college says he can now take many of his tests for his regular college classes in his dorm room on-line. He says this is routing. If this is true, how can the teacher have any confidence that the correct student is the one taking the test? This seems nuts to me. You'd at least want the students in some kind of controlled testing center so you know who's taking the test. Anyone know if this is really true?
