That's part of the problem with this class of drugs, in addition to the men who have a medical "need" for them, there are many who will abuse them just to get a little more out of a perfectly good sex life. There are women who are suffering because the lack of downtime leaves them abraded or with (how to put this delicately) their needs unmet. There are real health risks involved as well, and many men who could treat their sexual issues with lifestyle changes instead are facing those health risks needlessly.
