53. My dear reyd reid reed!

I am pretty good today...but it varies.........

I did sleep well, and pretty soon I need to get out of here, get my breakfast and get this lumpy old body to the gym!

My thoughts keep me up sometimes, sweetie..........and that's not the way I want it........

You know, I have been depressed for several months and am now in therapy.

It's helping, but ....well, you know...Some minutes are better than others.

I try to keep a positive outlook. Your cheery words help, a lot! :loveya:

I hope you have forgiven me for that PM last night.......I was tired, and feeling overwhelmed. :hug:
