My husband convinced me to go and see it.

It left me with a big headache. All action, all moving camera, all the time. I'm giving it a "D" on Ellen's Entertainment Report Card.

Definitely a "DICK" flick -- and it raked in the bucks last weekend and probably this weekend, too.

The only great thing about it was the San Francisco AMC Theater we got to see it in -- at 1000 Van Ness, a former Cadillac dealership building. Big lobby with lots of photos -- and a grand staircase!

Here's the history:

Opened in the summer of 1998, the AMC 1000 Theater is one of the City's newer first-run feature multiplexes. This is a crowded, well-lit neighborhood of movie theaters and furniture stores still known as Auto Row despite the fact that many of the car dealerships have long since departed. The AMC 1000 occupies the old Don Lee Cadillac Agency. The lobby is as large as the opera, and you are escalator-ed up many floors to screening rooms, each level with its own snack counter. The theater has SDDS (Sony Dynamic Digital Sound), plus THX and Dolby Digital Stereo.

Sincerely,

Radio Lady
