Don't blame me because you grabbed the wrong product, the wrong size, or the wrong amount. I'm sorry you feel foolish for doing so, but honestly, the store is not arranged to purposely make you grab the wrong product and I derive no personal satisfaction or pleasure from sending you away unhappy and/or angry.

Don't stand there yapping on your cellphone, haphazardly piling your merchandise on the belt, then wait until I have nearly finished bagging all your crap, uh, stuff in plastic bags (official store default if customer fails to express a preference) then disdainfully whine, "can I have the rest in paper?"

alternate ending, after I have nearly finished putting your stuff in plastic, suddenly remember that you have your own bags and expect me to give you a bag credit and re-bag everything for you.

*OR*

wait until I have completed your transaction, then tell me that the cheese was buy one, get one free, or that the potatoes were on sale. I can't fix it after you are holding the receipt in your hand, you have to go to customer service. Sorry, that's just the way it is.
