20. I keep thinking I want to get those window alarms
Those lil wedges you can put inside the lower panes that will let out a loud alarm if someone tries to open your window from the outside.

There is only one way to break into my house (I have a backyard with extremely high fences and a shrubbery - it's difficult to get in the backway). But my front windows are extremely easy and honestly, I don't know how reliable home security systems are. Sure they do work but would anyone notice until after the actual act occurs.

I think I'd rather just put alarms in that if someone tampers with my windows I'll know right away. My only concern is how sensitive these things are - will it cause a ruckus on a rainy day?
