22. Congrats on the weight loss and the flirtation
There's a common assumption out there that someone who is carrying some extra weight is lazy or a glutton or has some other personal character defect. The truth is, it's easy to gain weight and very difficult to lose it and once you gain a certain amount, it's that much more difficult because it can impede you in doing the exercise that's essential to losing. Vicious cycle.

My oldest sister went through that. Gained a lot of weight when she was pregnant and also slipped a disc. The back injury made it hard for her to exercise so she gained more weight. The extra weight caused her blood pressure to rise and eventually gave her diabetes. The health issues made it even harder to exercise.

My sister ate hardly anything - I lived with her for awhile and could see that. She was just stuck in a loop. And people did look at her as if she was lazy or a glutton or weak. She wasn't any of that.

Blah, blah, blah.

Good luck with that master plan. If you're ever in need of an evil minion, I'm your gal. :D
