you feel. I quit 3 months ago and I want to smoke more each day. It doesn't seem to get easier but worse! Weird, huh? I had NO problem initially quitting. Just went cold turkey and now , months later I'm getting almost uncontollable cravings. Thank God for you .You make me realize I'm not alone. Hang in there .Take deep breaths as tho' you are smoking.Pretzels and baby carrots also seem to work a bit .I won't smoke if you won't .Chin Up.
