3. Need more info

When you save the pic, look at the field below the file name. Does it say "file type" or "save as..." or "type" or what?

In Windows applications there is almost always a box below where you enter the file name that allows you to save the file as a certain type. When you locate the box, make sure you scroll down to the ".jpg" or "jpeg" before you save the picture. When you save your next scanned picture, look around the dialog box and maybe you'll see what I'm talking about.

If you're totally confused, keep feeding info...we'll figure it out!
