put the club soda on, let it sit for a bit, blotted it up and then steam cleaned. I've done this before using a full size steam cleaner (spring and fall cleaning) and a hand held cleaner for indvidual little accidents as thy are discovered.

Also, I would uggest getting a portable black light. You can use it to find urine, saliva and all sorts of bodily fluids. It helps you find areas to clean that you might not be aware need cleaning.
