Great album, but ironically that;s now late early period. After all sorts of flux between 69 and 76, from 83 the band has been largely the same guys-- though Bil Bruford and Tony Levin were not on the last album.

They've always been a fave of mine, though I've lost track of all the recordings lately-- lots of live albums and compilation/remixes...

And as much as I like all their stuff, In the Court of the Crimson King still does it for me... Oh the acid tr--- I mean listening experiences..
