That's ridiculous. KSAtheist makes a legitimate point. WTF does that have to do with racism? Indonesia is a mess. The northern part of the country is held by rebels. Do they not work on the system in that part? Thailand is better off. So is India. Why don't they spend some extra money on it?
You use India as if they are the rule and not the exception in that region. Sri Lanka is the poorest country in the world IIRC. Malaysia is run by a military dictatorship. Indonesia is unofficially split in two. Your charges of racism are rude and ill informed.
